Photo Challenge: Nostalgia

Much of last month was spent sewing a dress for my daughter to wear to the Jane Austen Picnic at the Abbey Museum.  Because of the delicate fabric overlay, I had to hand-stitch much of it.  I felt very nostalgic for times gone by as I sat with needle and thread late into the evening with the fabric draped over my lap.  She looked absolutely beautiful on the day.
